Do my customers need an app?
No. They scan the QR at your counter and the card saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Phones without a wallet get a web card that works the same way.
What do I need at the counter?
A phone or tablet with a camera. Your staff sign in to the scanner in the browser. There is nothing to buy or install.
Can staff stamp the same card twice?
Not by accident. Every stamp is logged with the staff member who gave it, and each staff login works on one device at a time.
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Pick from stamps drawn for your type of business, set your colours and add your logo. Send us a photo and we will set it behind the stamps.
What if I add a branch later?
Choose a bigger plan in your dashboard. You pay only the difference for the days you have already paid for. Each branch gets its own flyer and its own report.
What happens if I stop paying?
Scanning pauses, but nothing is deleted. Your customers, stamps and history wait for you. Renew and carry on where you left off.
